This service is for sellers who want to show an occupied house. We may move furniture and recommend that some things be packed and stored. We recommend things to be fixed, left alone or replaced. Then we stage it for you using your own possessions and maybe a new item or two. Then we take pictures of each room so even though we know you don’t actually “live” this way, the house can be put back in showing condition quickly and easily for a perfect presentation.
